One platform fee of ₱1,500–₱3,500, by rent tier — it covers landlord verification, secure payment (GCash or card), and dispute resolution.
Rent goes to your landlord
The unit checks out and you move in. Rent goes straight to your KYC-verified landlord. Where a landlord credits your platform fee to your first month, you’ll see the 1st-month credit badge.
Refunded per the policy
